Y's Yohji Yamamoto takes the classic black blouse apart and reassembles it as a wide, graphic layer. The loose shape is deliberately generous, while the light-colored dot print appears to have been randomly placed over the dark cotton surface.

The button placket, large sleeves and low-cut width give the piece an urban, almost uniform calm. Worn open or closed, it creates a casual avant-garde look - particularly strong as a set with the matching skirt or over wide pants.
