Cash on Delivery

We offer a cash on delivery service only to addresses in Germany.

An order purchased with cash on delivery is set with 6,90€. The deutsche Post uplifts an additional amount of 2,00€ which has to be paid to the postman. The whole billing amount has also to be paid to the postman.
The invoice maximum total in Germany is 3.500€.

We do not offer cash on delivery payment options if your delivery address is different from your billing address.

As a matter of principle you have the right to pick up the merchandise at Luxury Loft, Schleusenweg 5, D-68159 Mannheim, Baden/Württemberg, during the following business hours:
Tuesday to Friday from 11 am until 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am until 4 pm and as agreed on the phone.
